DELIVERIES TO UNITED STATES

We are extremely sorry to announce that as of today (Monday25 August) we have had to temporarily suspend deliveries to the U.S. because DHL 'Globalmail' have just suspended U.S. deliveries due to high costs and chaos caused by Trump Tariff's.  We have sought alternative delivery methods but other major EU shipping companies and doing the same and the only available delivery alternatives are far too expensive.

We apologise to all our U.S. customers, this is NOT a decision we would have chosen to make and we look forward to re-starting deliveries as soon as possible.

SHIPPING

NAKED ships 3 product types:

  • NAKED Record Club vinyl records already pressed onto vinyl and available for immediate delivery
  • NAKED Record Club vinyl records sold 'presale' before they have been pressed onto vinyl. These have an estimated delivery date which could be several months ahead
  • NAKED Merch which are printed to order and delivered shortly afterwards

RETURNS

NAKED operates a 30-day refund or exchange policy. Only faulty and damaged goods or goods that have been delivered in error are refunded or exchanged.
