Refund policy

It is important to us that NAKED customers are happy. We will always treat you fairly and do our very best to provide you with a great shopping experience.

We have a 30-day refund or exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.  Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be returned by you (by tracked mail and at your own expense) in the same condition that you received it. We will only provide an exchange or refund for an item delivered in error, a product delivered with a manufacturing fault or a product which has been damaged in transit by NAKED's appointed courier. All products must be returned in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please note that your refund will only be for your initial cost of product and shipping and will not include your return postage.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@nakedrecordclub.com explaining the reason for your request and enclosing photographs and/or videos of the erroneous, faulty or damaged product. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping address and instructions as to how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return may not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if your refund or exchange request was approved. If your refund request is approved and your product is returned (if required), you’ll be automatically refunded by your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process your refund.  If your exchange request was approved we will despatch a replacement product as soon as possible.  Please be aware that it may be impossible to replace a limited edition product and it may be necessary to provide a refund instead.

Unfortunately we are unable to provide exchanges on products which are delivered as ordered and in good condition.
