SHIPPING WEIGHTS
Single deliveries have a store weight limited of 2kg to ensure we offer the most cost effective shipping fees for everyone. If you wish to purchase multiple products which exceed this weight limit please contact us and we will be happy to provide you with an individual shipping quote to best meet your specific shipping requirements.
If you are buying a vinyl record please check the product description carefully to see whether you will be buying an 'in stock' record which is available for immediate delivery or a record being being sold in advance of manufacture. If you are buying a record being sold in advance of manufacture an estimated delivery date will be provided.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
If we are provided with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and your delivery is lost during shipping or is returned to NAKED for re-shipping we cannot be held responsible and customers will be required to pay for replacement and/or re-delivery costs.
DESPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMES FOR 'IN STOCK' RECORDS
All orders of 'in stock' items will be processed as quickly as possible - this is normally within 3 working days of order.
All deliveries will be sent by by registered and tracked post. You will receive delivery notifications and a tracking number.
All NAKED products are despatched from France and usually arrive in the UK and Mainland Europe within 7-10 days. So please allow around 10-14 days from order to delivery.
Please expect deliveries to countries outside of UK and Mainland Europe to take longer.
Delays may occasionally be caused by events outside of our control (such as border customs delays, Covid related restrictions or natural disasters) for which we cannot be held responsible. We will always try to help if problems occur.
DESPATCH AND SHIPPING TIMES FOR 'NAKED RECORD CLUB' ECO VINYL RECORDS
NAKED Record Club vinyl records become available for advance purchase as soon as a music rights licence has been signed and NAKED has placed an order with a vinyl pressing plant for the record to be pressed onto vinyl and has received an estimated delivery date. This website will always display whether a NAKED record is currently held in stock for immediate delivery or is being sold in advance of manufacture with an estimated future delivery date. It is important that all customers purchasing NAKED vinyl records read this information as NAKED cannot be held responsible for unrealistic expectations of customers who have not taken time to read the full product descriptions.
NAKED has an excellent relationship with highly trusted vinyl pressing partners but all vinyl pressing plants have very long lead times and NAKED records usually take a minimum of 6 months from order to delivery. Due to the multiple supply chain and logistical challenges being faced at the current time these lead times can increase meaning that eco vinyl record deliveries to NAKED and to NAKED's customers take longer than expected. This situation is completely outside of NAKED's control. We guarantee to keep customers updated but cannot guarantee that the estimated delivery date scheduled on our website at time of purchase will be met.
It is possible that NAKED Record Club deliveries to members with a 3 month subscription will exceed 3 months in duration, deliveries to subscribers with a 6 month subscription will exceed 6 months in duration and deliveries to subscribers with a 12 month subscription will exceed 12 months in duration. We do however guarantee that members will always receive the total number of records ordered.

Most of NAKED's merchandise is made by Stanley/Stella and printed 'on demand' and despatched direct to NAKED customers by Katanga in France. Both companies are trusted by NAKED due to their excellent reputation for high quality products, superb sustainability credentials and their modern infrastructure and efficient and highly reliable service levels. NAKED takes full responsibility for all NAKED merchandise orders and deliveries and will respond to all queries.

VAT AND CUSTOMS DUTY ON VINYL RECORD DELIVERIES
VAT is included within your purchase price. You will not be charged any VAT upon delivery. Customs duty should not be charged either as vinyl records are exempt of customs duty. You will be charged tax on delivery only in you live in a country with additional local taxes.

Unlike vinyl records, NAKED Merch (clothing, tote bags etc), is not exempt of customs duty and customs duty could be charged as an additional fee upon deliveyr. BUT this does not normally happen as most merch orders fall below customs duty thresholds. Customs duty thresholds (officially called de minimis values) are set by each individual country. Here are some examples of de minimis values (published in 2022) below:
