HOW MUCH DOES 'GET NAKED' SHIPPING COST AND WHAT ARE YOUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS?
A 'GET NAKED' 6 or 12 record package is a one-off purchase which is paid for in advance. We offer a choice of 6 or 12 record packages. The longer the membership, the lower the price and greater the benefits!
SHIPPING CHARGES:
SHIPPING CHARGES ARE LOCATION BASED AND CALCULATED AT CHECKOUT. RECORDS WILL BE DELIVERED AS SOON AS THEY ARE RELEASED.
All deliveries are made by DHL/ Deutsche Post Globalmail 'Go Green' service. They will be tracked and we will send you tracking details for each delivery.
NAKED provides a high quality packaging and delivery service with sustainability and realiability at its core. We keep shipping prices to the lowest possible level and prices are not calculated to make profit for NAKED.
Only a few of the countries we ship to are included in the list below. Your own shipping rate to your home country will be displayed at checkout but here is a guide price from August 2024.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Our goal is to make regular deliveries but curating and releasing the right records is extremely important to us and we don't always have control over release dates due to artists activities (such as recording, touring etc) and/or unforeseen manufacturing delays. So it's possible that there will be gaps in deliveries or that some records will arrive close together. We will always keep you updated about estimated delivery dates and that every NAKED member who subscribes to 'GET NAKED' will receive a total of 12 or 6 records respectively.
- A GET NAKED subscription is a one-off purchase. You will receive a reminder inviting you to renew your 'GET NAKED' membership and no payment will be taken without you having placed a repeat order.
- Shipping is not included in the 'GET NAKED' product price. Shipping will be charged in full at checkout and will include every individual deliveries (eg. we will charge for 6 or 12 individual deliveries). Although we do reserve the right to include more than one record in the same delivery if more than one record is released at the same time.
- VAT is included in the price for sales to all countries to which France has a VAT liability (and will not be charged upon delivery).
- Vinyl records are exempt from customs duty in virtually every country worldwide so it is highly unlikely that duty will be collected on international deliveries.
- In countries where additional local sales tax is charged this will be collected upon delivery.
- We cannot guarantee that album releases will be delivered in the order they are announced in.
- Exchanges or refunds will only be provided for defective or damaged records, photographic proof of defect or damage must be provided within 30 days of delivery and when requested the record must be returned to NAKED. Please email info@nakedrecordclub.com to report a defective or damaged record.
- Album exchanges are not available (but due to the very limited and highly collectable nature of NAKED releases they are almost guaranteed to obtain an excellent second hand market value).
- As NAKED grows we reserve the right to increase the number of limited edition copies of each record above 500 records per release. It is not expected that NAKED will not sell more than 2000 copies of all but the most exceptional records.
- NAKED will occasionally release 'special project' records which vary from the usual 'GET NAKED' subscription specification of one 12” album. We may for instance release box sets, double albums, 10” or 7” records or records which are sold as part of a unique package. These ‘special project’ releases may not be provided as part of a 'GET NAKED' subscription but NAKED members will always be prioritised and discounts on these releases will be provided at the appropriate 'GET NAKED' 6 or 12 subscription % discount rate unless the record is a charity release.
