Discogs has just published their Top 10 Essential New Wave Albums curated by Jim Allen.  Naturally, it features some fantastic albums which are well worth a listen... 

BUT we thought that the Discogs list was missing some of the more iconic New Wave albums so I thought it would be interesting to respond to the list by creating our very own NAKED Record Club Essential Top 10 New Wave albums.

Here's a video introducing NAKED's Top 10 (all records are the author's own!) and below this is a Shopify playlist with an extended Top 40 New Wave classics (incorporating the Discogs choices and many others) because, as we all know, you can never have too much great New Wave!
