NAKED WELCOMES TOM HUGHES AS SUSTAINABILITY DIRECTOR

Environmental sustainability is at the heart of everything NAKED does and we are delighted to welcome Tom Hughes (MSc, FdA, MIET, MSET, QTLS, PIEMA) as our first Sustainability Director. We are thrilled to have such a knowledgeable, experienced and passionate expert on our management team.

We can write volumes about Tom's qualifications and expertise (and you can read more on the NAKED team page) but let's just say that Tom is a man who, like Liam Neeson, has a very particular set of skills, skills he has acquired over a long career. And skills that make him a nightmare for people who try to involve NAKED in any aspect of greenwashing!

With environmental and engineering qualifications and a wealth of technical and practical experience in manufacturing, plastics, injection moulding and measuring carbon footprints Tom is NAKED's very own renaissance man!Tom’s will ensure that NAKED never just talks the talk but always walk the walk in helping to combat climate change. He will support sustainable practices within our own operation and help us to evaluate and ensure sustainability within NAKED’s supply chains. He will act as a critical friend for new incentives, evaluate new developments in the fast-moving sustainable vinyl industry and will also work with us to ensure transparency of all NAKED’s sustainability claims culminating in B-Corp certification.

And what's more Tom loves music and cooks a mean BBQ - what more is there to say? The man's a keeper!
